When in Palm Springs…

Palm Springs was definitely my favorite part of last weekend. The sun, palm trees, and the view of the mountains never got old. My friends and I stayed at the Best Western Plus Las Brisas, which was both close enough to our Coachella shuttle stop and plenty of restaurants. We lucked out there!

When I go back, I would definitely look into renting a house in that general area because of how much variety there is in terms of food (priority #1). But if you would rather stay in a hotel, the Best Western is great as a home base for sleep and being by a pool. There are also plenty of hotels close by as well.

Here are the 3 restaurants/cafes we went to:
*all within walking distance*

1. Thai Smile: Once we landed, we were starving…their dishes are delicious and hefty (no complaints here). I had their Pad Thai and there was plenty left over. Should have  brought it back to the room (rookie mistake).

2. Palm Greens Cafe: Pretty much ate here everyday before the festival. Their guac and chips, macro bowls, sandwiches, mimosas, and organic rosé were all delicious.

Only photo I got from this because the food was so distractingly good.

3. Raw Remedy Organic Juice & Raw Food Bar: For when you need more health. Their berry cool smoothie and avocado toast were both delicious. My friend, Trina really liked their protein bar and smoothie bowl.

Trina, my Coachella partner in crime. This was right next to Raw Remedy. Lots of cute little areas for photo opportunities.

Can’t wait till my next trip out there, hopefully soon.

Thanks for stopping by! Hope your weekend is full of relaxation and good food.
